1st DAY @ School



Teaching practice is an integral component of a teacher training course. It grant student teachers,experience in the actual teaching and learning environment. 

As the part of our two year B.Ed course (2016-2018 ),We teacher trainees from K.P.M B.Ed Training College went to K.P.M.H.S.S (which runs by the same management of your college) as a part of our school internship phase 2.The training period was scheduled from 08/11/2017 to 19/11/2017.

About KPM HSS 
KPM HSS CHERIYAVELINALLOOR was established in 1956 and it is managed by the Private Aided Management. It is located in rural area .It is located in VELIYAM block of KOLLAM district of KERALA.


The school consists of Grades from 5 to 12. The school is co-educational and it does not have an attached pre-primary section.  Malayalam and English are the medium of instructions in this school. This school is approachable by all weather road. .The school has implemented continuous & comprehensive evaluation (CCE).



The school has a boundary wall.The school has computer aided learning lab.Teachers of school are well qualified as they have graduate & above degrees.The teachers are professionally qualified.The school has a regular Head Master/Teacher.There are female teachers in the school.The school has a comfortable Pupil-Teacher Ratio (PTR).






I had a very good experience on my first day of teaching practice. It was a matter of pleasure that all my students remember me from last teaching practice. that itself gave me a good motivation for the coming days.
